2025 Commencement Speaker

The 2025 Commencement speaker is Dyer Pace, class of 2015.

Dyer Pace

Dyer is a Booker for NBC News, headquartered in New York City’s Rockefeller Center. In his role, he plays a crucial part in booking guests for NBC’s streaming platform, NBC News Now, as well as TODAY, and NBC Nightly News.

Prior to his current role, Dyer was an East Coast Page for NBCUniversial where he worked in a variety of the company’s sectors, including Corporate Communications assisting in company wide communication, NBC Entertainment Publicity working with iconic legacy brands Saturday Night Live and the Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

Currently Dyer books guests spanning a wide variety of major news events, including the 2020 and 2024 elections, Biden Administration cabinet members, CEOs from both legacy family businesses and billion dollar American brands, and the bookings he is perhaps most proud of – countless cast members from the latest and greatest shows on Broadway.

Dyer is a Class of 2015 graduate of the Carlisle School. During his time at Carlisle he proudly served as Student Body President, performed with the Carlisle School Players, and competed on Varsity tennis and Cross Country teams.

He is also a former Duke dog at James Madison University where he graduated in May of 2019. His undergraduate experiences, including his roles as a campus tour guide, orientation advisor, Breeze TV reporter and group exercise instructor have played an invaluable role in his transition to the world of journalism and entertainment.

When he is not booking guests for NBC, you can find Dyer cycling or on a run, hanging out with his boston terrier, Cecil, or trying the latest and greatest restaurant in New York City.

We’re honored to welcome him back to Carlisle and eager to hear the message he’ll deliver to the Class of 2025!
