Transportation Election Form 2021-2022

• The annual transportation fee is $500 per child. (This does not apply to field trips or other school-sponsored trips.)
• There is a $1,000 maximum fee for families with more than two children at Carlisle.

Occasionally circumstances warrant the use of bus transportation by a child who does not otherwise ride on a regular basis. Carlisle School will accommodate this service free of charge up to 10 days per year per student with advance notice if space is
available.

Those interested in bus transportation may choose either morning or afternoon or both. Specific pick-up and drop-off locations and approximate times will be announced at a later date.
