Distance Learning Week 2

We are back from Spring Break, and here are a few highlights from our second week of distance learning. Students, faculty, and parents are getting used to Carlisle’s “new normal” for this school year. Check back throughout the week as more photos are added!

What Our Parents are Saying:

“Watching the joy on [my daughter’s] face as she gets to have class online with her classmates and teacher is priceless. It’s during the most difficult times we have to remain strong. We must fight for our kids’ education. We will stand again.” – Kalitha Davis

“For our family distance learning has been an adjustment for sure, but we have been so grateful for the support and encouragement from our children’s teachers as we settle into what will be the new norm for everyone in the next eight weeks. It is a learning experience for everyone.” – Mandy Horsley

“My daughter said that her first Zoom meeting was awesome and it made her happy to be able to sing with Miss Swanson and to see all of her classmates. She has been working hard at home this week on activities that Miss Swanson has so graciously prepared for her. They are learning about insects this week such as spiders, ladybugs, caterpillars, and butterflies. They are also working on the letter Y, practicing colors, patterns, and rhyming words.”
